Privacy policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy describes the privately operated Atlas Gmail Connector integration used with Hermes and self-hosted language models. It also covers the public information pages at llmlaunchpad.me. Access to the integration is limited to operator-approved accounts.
Information the integration accesses
With your Google authorization, Atlas may access:
- Gmail: message content, metadata, drafts, and labels needed to read, organize, modify, or send email.
- Google Calendar: calendars and event details needed to view, create, or update events.
- Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets: file metadata and content needed to access files and read or edit documents and spreadsheets for requested tasks.
- Google Contacts: contact details for read-only lookups.
The permissions you grant govern access. Authorization tokens are used to make API requests without requiring you to sign in for every task.
How Google information is used
Atlas uses Google information to provide the assistant functions you request, including user-configured scheduled tasks. Relevant content may become part of prompts, results, or task history needed for those functions.
Google-content inference is performed by self-hosted models controlled by the operator. Google-derived content is not sent to external AI providers. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Atlas’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Processing and sharing
Google processes requests made to its services. An action you request, such as sending email, inviting someone to an event, or sharing a file, can disclose its contents to the recipients or participants you authorize.
Access by the operator to retained content is limited to your authorized tasks, support you request, security investigations, or legal requirements. Information is not shared for unrelated commercial purposes.
The public information website does not request Google authorization or receive your Google-account content. Website hosting providers may process normal technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to serve and protect these pages.
Storage, protection, and retention
Original Google records remain in your Google account. Authorization tokens and retained copies of task content, conversation history, logs, and backups are managed on the operator’s private systems. Access is governed by the private infrastructure’s access controls. Google API communications use HTTPS.
Retained records may remain until the operator deletes them or rotates the applicable logs and backups. There is no automatic deletion period promised by this integration. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is removed or expires.
Your choices and deletion
You can review or revoke Atlas’s access in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase previously retained local records, backups, or the original information in your Google account.
Approved users can request deletion of retained content and authorization credentials through the private support channel used with the operator. Deletion requests include applicable logs and backup copies, subject to the backup lifecycle and any legal retention requirement.
Support and policy changes
This is an invitation-only personal integration. Approved users should contact the operator through their existing private support channel for privacy questions, access issues, or deletion requests.
This policy must be updated and renewed consent obtained where required before materially different use of Google data, including enabling an external AI provider for Google-content processing.
